We understand your requirements for safe and efficient gutter cleaning and provide all clients with job and site specific RAMs for your approval before undertaking any work. We have particular experience of working in sensitive environments, including care units, schools and colleges. We listen closely to our clients to best understand their specific needs. We might only be cleaning gutters, but we’re working on our clients’ sites and it’s important to us that we deliver your gutter cleaning in a way that fits your expectations.
Experienced and qualified
All our staff are qualified and experienced to undertake your work safely and with as little disruption to your site as possible. Our qualifications include but are not limited to IPAF, PASMA and asbestos awareness training. All our on-site staff are Enhanced DBS check cleared to give you extra peace of mind that your site is respected and secure.
Our systems
At Gutter Free we clear many gutters with industrial vacuum systems, significantly reducing the need to work at height. We use our own generators and all our equipment is PAT checked and 110v to best ensure the safety of your site and the safety our staff. Where necessary, we will use MEWPs for safer work at height. We have a land-standing and good relationship with a local plant hire firm that we use regularly, which enables us to secure the best materials at the best prices we can.
Quotes
Once you contact us for a quote for commercial gutter cleaning, we’ll contact you to agree a best time to visit your site to view the work and provide your quote. It’s at this visit that we’ll establish your needs and timescales and discuss our approaches to the work.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs)
Once you’ve received your quote and wish to proceed with the work, we will begin working on your site specific and tailored risk assessments and method statements. We aim to get these to you within a few days of the acceptance of your quote. Once you’ve read our RAMs and are happy with the proposed work, we’ll move onto booking in your gutter cleaning for a date and time that best suits your site needs.
Reports and survey photographs
On completion of your work, you will be provided with a report of any issues or defects discovered and photographs of the completed work. For larger contract works, we will set up a file sharing system for you so you can easily access the photographs and reports as they happen.
